Sinus infection: Yes - the amoxicillin will kill bacteria the Tylenol (acetaminophen) cold severe will serve as a decongestant/anti histamine. For decongestants I still prefer pseudoephedrine - available OTC but behind the counter. In your case there is no problem taking both amoxicillin and Tylenol (acetaminophen) cold severe.

Definitely, yes: Sinus bacterial infection is usually treated with antibiotic therapy and treatments include decongestants and pain medications like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAIDs.
