Drop the Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm: As the mucinex (guaifenesin) sinus max contains acetaminophen too (active ingredient in Tylenol), you don't want to duplicate the dosage, and avoid mucinex (guaifenesin) sinus-max combination if hypertensive (contains phenylephrine), you can take just plain mucinex (guaifenesin) instead to loosen the mucus, read the labels carefully, good luck
