Orange urine: Could the orange color be her urine? If so, need to take her to the doctor to rule out any problems with a simple urine test. Try increasing her fluid intake in case of dehydration in the meantime. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/urine-color/basics/causes/con-20032831

Possibilities: The situation you describe can be due to the foods that she is eating due to naturally occurring pigments (for example think beets and reddish tinge) or food coloring. Vitamins are also known to change the color of urine or stool. If you remain concerned please discuss with your regular MD.
