Oily orange and loose stool, 9 yr old girl. this is about the 4th repeat of this condition in last six months. any ideas on the cause?

Bowel problems: I would worry about problems like malabsorption, or Celiac disease or even a problem with her pancreas. Has she lost weight?? I would recommend having her referred to a pediatric gastroenterologist and having a colonoscopy or at least a sigmoidoscopy to see what's going on, take some biopsies and hopefully find an answer.
