Stretching/slow down: Increasing exercise may be creating more strain on your legs, depending upon the exercises that you are doing. Consider stretching (before, after or both,) don't increase the exercise too quickly. Eat well, including potassium and magnesium supplementation, and drink a lot of fluids. If it continues, consider a dr.
