Yes: Side effects are possible, not probable w/any & all medication, herb and/or dietary supplement. There is no such item w/o potential side effect. But just because there is potential for possible side effect doesn't mean that it will happen. The only to find out is to try it. Feldene (piroxicam) is a brand of Piroxicam which is an NSAID all of which can cause ulcers & kidney damage but not guaranteed to do so.
