A member asked:

I take my birth control at 7pm but with the time change for daylight savings we fall back an hour so when should i take my birth control pill than?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

24 hour interval: it's best to take your pills at 24 hour intervals, so that if you were taking your pill at 7PM daylight time, you would take it at 6PM standard time to keep the 24 hour interval.
