A member asked:

I usually take my birth control pills at 8am can i change the time i take them to 7:45am instead? will i still be protected?

Yes: The pill works by maintaining a level of hormone in your blood at a relatively constant level to prevent egg release. Minor adjustments in your timing will not alter that level to a significant degree. Skip it for a day or delay of 12+ hours would be more of a threat to a consistent hormone level.
