GYN exam: You will need an ultrasound and HCG blood pregnancy tests.

Pregnancy: Really impossible to give percentages or "Chances" for you, but rest assured many women have had mild bleeding and cramping with a normal pregnancy following. You need to discuss your symptoms with your OB Dr. to keep them involved in the continuity of care of your pregnancy. An examination would be warranted with your symptoms too. Best wishes.
