If...: If the infection is responding and symptoms basically clear you should not be contagious. However, if still with persistent issues and no improvement it might be possible due to poor response to present antibiotics. Follow up with your doctor if this is the case.

It depends: It depends on whether or not the signs and symptoms of your infection have resolved and responded to the medications. Since you are taking both oral and topical antibiotics, I'm assuming this is a skin infection. If the wound is no longer tender, red, draining or oozing, and it's scabbed, and no fever/chills, then you are probably not contagious.
