Probably not.: A slight pelvic cramp could be due to just about anything, but not typical for fungal infections.

Probably not: Most likely due to infection (yeast or bacteria) that is still present. I'd recommend giving a urine sample and starting antibiotics if prescribed by your doctor after seeing the urine sample. You should also let them know if it's possible you could have any sexual transmitted diseases as well.
