How much sleep: do you get each night? Try to get 7 to 8 hrs. Young males need lots of sleep. Do you exercise? How is your diet? Junk food? Please see doc for a check up. Peace and good health.

Sleep hygiene?: While there may be at least several good reasons for someone your age to feel tired all the time I think the one that you mentioned needs to be looked at more seriously than anything else assuming you are otherwise healthy. And that is the fact that you go to bed "late."in order to feel good all day long you must go to sleep at a decent hour and wake up at a good hour as well. Try that and see.
