Habit: There is no physical dependency to this plant but a habit is still hard to break. Go to stop smoking websites and see how they recommend tobacco users quit minus any nicotine supplements. You need to identify when you use and what your triggers are then avoid those situations. A few minutes of doing something else during those times is enough to stop that craving. gl
