Really not sure: I understand your question but I'll try to guess. Are you wondering if you exercise too much that muscle hypertrophy could result in difficulty expanding your chest wall? Well, usually no, but it is possible to develop what is known as restrictive lung physiology due to being majorly overweight. Having excessive muscle in theory might do the same. As for tetany, see comment below.
