Sometimes i get stuck staring in one point and it's difficult to move away look, also at the same time muscles on top of the eye is really tighten?

Fatigue?: Not sure why you would stare at one area in particular. The eyes have many muscles, very small yet fine tuned. It is wise to relax and look around to avoid FATIGUE!
