Have a very slight almost muscle pain/tightness feeling below my left pec on my rib cage only when i breathe in deeply or yawn. its quite mild but still figured id ask. any ideas as to what this could be. im a 34 year old male, fairly healthy. ty?

It could be a mild strain or inflammation of the muscle. Any tenderness? Another possibility is some pinching of an intercostal nerve or muscle that runs between 2 ribs. It does.not appear to be a lung or breast tissue issue as I assume the nipple&breast are not tender. I assume this will resolve in a short time. See your MD as needed.
