Flutters: Typically "flutters" are due to some of your heart cells firing a bit early, pre-empting the natural pacemaker. This causes a reset and an irregular timing to the pulse. Typically flutters get better with exercise since there is less time between regular beats for an extra one to fit in. You should discuss your particular case with your doc.
