Laparoscopy: with ovarian cysts there is always a good chance that they resolve on their own and it may make sense to buy some time with pain medication. I don't see this happen with a paratubal cyst. A laparoscopy would help to sort things out: ovarian cyst versus paratubal cyst versus hydrosalpinx.
