Not from pregnancy: Para ovarian cysts are quite common and are embryonic remnants. They are not caused by pregnancy and are typically not significant. It probably has been there awhile, just hasn't been seen before. At 1cm, your gyn should do no more then follow this yearly. Best of luck to you!

Not significant: Cysts come and go from cycle to cycle and 1 cm is pretty small. It is probably not related to your pregnancy and is not significant even if it is.
