Ive finally adopted a healthier diet, been eating healthy for a week now and drinking more water and exercise more. but im constipated, what causes?

Constipation: While it is great to change everything, you body may take some time to adjust. For example if you are drinking less coffee, your intestines are missing the stimulant. Make sure you are eating enough vegetables and fruits or bran. For now try some prune juice each day. If it continues see your physician, if you develop intense pain go to the emergency department
