Yes: Absolutely. You can have an eating disorder and not be skinny. Eating disorders are psychological disorders involving control. If you think you can identify that in yourself in the way you approach food, then I would suggest seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist to talk about what you are thinking in relation to food.
