A member asked:

I'm diagnosed with gallblader gallstone - its large one 12mm. doctor advised to remove gallbladder. is it safe? i have only had one pain attack so far

Follow Dr advice: Your DR knows your medical history and is making the best recommendation with this in hand. You must be in good health for this recommendation to have been made. The stone will not "go away" on its own, the only solution is to remove it.
