Breadth into a paper: the dizziness is sec to hyperventilation and using a paper bag as a re-breather for C02 will improve the dizzyness

Dizziness is one of: 33 anxiety sx's. It comes from a big dose of adrenaline that rapidly works its way through your system, causing tight muscles, changes in blood flow (decreases of blood to extremities and digestion), increases in oxygen and glucose, etc., etc. These changes can more than account for dizziness.
