I've been feeling anxious and nervous at the office these days. i don't feel anything during the day but feel heart palpitations at bed. need to worry?

Nighttime common: People are much more prone to feel irregularity in their heart beat at night when they're quiet and not distracted. Lying in bed is often the time and especially lying left side down. Nerve and stress are significant causes. Those are common symptoms and, if you're otherwise healthy, i wouldn't be concerned.

Anxiety @ work: I agree with dr. Werner about the timing of heart palpitations. Also, upsets from earlier in the day may surface when you're quiet & not distracted. If very anxious at work, it's a cue to investigate why. Has something changed? New management, new expectations? Talk with a trusted mentor about this, or a therapist. Also, daily practices like meditation can help a lot.
