Safe and important: Measles, mumps and rubella can affect the central nervous system. Seizures could be more frequent with infection, not so much with the vaccine. It is important to protect your child against preventable diseases.

Yes: Vaccine news often causes parents to worry - especially since our country doesn't see the actual diseases often. The risks of taking the vaccine are very small compared to the effects of the infection.
