Xiphoid process: Is this by any chance a round "lump" at the bottom of your breastbone ( sternum )? If so, this is a normal anatomical finding call the xiphoid or xiphoid process and it is not a tumore; however, if in any other position, it should be checked or if red and painful.

Yes: It can be normal - some people have slight deformities in the shape of their sternum and chest wall. If this is a NEW bony lump then it should be checked by your doctor.
