Depends . . .: Sorry to hear about your dad's situation. No such thing as "best" for everyone. Answer depends upon many variables. Distance/travel for instance. MD Anderson has a great reputation and is "in-state". But many other facilities outside TX too. How about finances? They might not accept your dad's insurance. If not, does your family have resources to pay their fees? Check w/insurer 1st then familydoc
