Get treatment ASAP: Prognosis is difficult to determine without complete details, but it is worse with spread to lymph nodes than if it were localized. Your dad shoud be treated by a team of head & neck cancer specialists at a major cancer center. This will give his the best chance for a cure. Md anderson in houston is the best one in your area.
