Met bp after running, pulse were strong and fast bp 160, 1 min after pulse weak and slow bp 150, could it be right? felt more like 200 and then 120?

BP journal: Invest in a good digital BP machine ( Omron ) and check your BP before exercising 3x/day to get your baseline. After exercising BP should be lower that 160 ( systolic) and between 60-95 ( diastolic ).- you cannot really "feel" BP- it must be measured and monitored.
