Is it normal to feel strong pulse in my upper stomach after running/jogging and something when resting(not strong that time) my bmi is 20.2 , bf%=16%?

Yes: You are quite thin, so with exercise and increased cardiac output, you will be able to feel the pulsations of your aorta. You don't have much padding, so the normal pulsations of the aorta will be palpable.
