Arrhythmia: An rhythm disturbance needs to be ruled out (or confirmed.) You need to wear a 24 or 48 Holter device - if that's not long enough to catch your symptoms, a 30 day monitor exam may be needed. Also: you should have your electrolytes checked (potassium and magnesium), thyroid (TSH) and have an echocardiogram for overall heart health.
