See my remarks: A stone embedded in kidney usually does not cause pain. However if you have pain radiating to lower abdomen,you need an x-ray /cat scan . How do you know you have a stone?an x-ray must have been done.With symptoms,you need to have professional advice.If there is a medical Ctr in your city,visit it Good luck
