Confusing picture: Hi. That's a confusing set of labs. There are 3 PTH's and 4 calciums (Ca), so I'm not sure exactly which ones go together, but assuming (which can be dangerous), it looks like you had a high Ca (10.8) with a high or at least not suppressed PTH (67, which would be slightly hi in most labs) on one occasion and a hi Ca (11.0) with a mid-normal PTH 26). May be two processes at work. We'd need testing
