Hi i been feeling very sharp upper stomach pain after meals, no appetite, nauseous & headache all after eating a heavy meal 2 days ago what can it be?

Poss gallbladder: Difficult to say for sure but persistent symptoms after a big meal that are now occurring every time eat could represent gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, or peptic ulcer disease. Reflux also possible. Recommend an appointment with your physician for additional history, exam and possibly blood work, imaging study like ultrasound or an endoscopy.
