ST: There are many possible causes of what you describe and no way to work through them here. Anxiety, anemia and hyperthyroid are but three of many. If you are uncomfortable with the previous opinions, you can always go to see another Doc, explain the situation and see if you can get an explanation specific to you.

Non-cardiac: Trust non-cardiac causes of sinus tachycardia have been ruled out, namely hyperthyroidism, dehydration, etc. If yes, and no other cause can be found, then the diagnoses may be "IST" = inapprpriate sinus tachycardia. See an electrophysiologist for treatment and amelioration of your symptoms then.
