Need work up: Well, premature beats shluld not cause chest pain. What kind of chest pain was it? Need more info. Smoker? Family h/o premature cad, familial hyperlipidemais? You are too young fr CAD but if you have riskfactors then may need to look into that. Or may be look in GI problems like gerd or esophageal dysmotility. I am sure pe is rule out with ct scan.
