Shocks: I don't think your atypical symptoms strongly suggested any heart disease and I'm unaware of any brain disorders that have pain radiating from head to chest. However in view of your having headaches, I feel it's worthwhile to consult a neurologist for evaluation, even for peace of mind if these symptoms persist. Appropriate testing will be done.
