Uti: this certainly sounds like a uti. What do you mean by "no infection"? Culture was negative? Did they test for viruses? Adenovirus uti can often cause more of a hemorrhagic cystitis. Also need to think of primary kidney issues, such as IgA nephropathy, etc. is the fever gone now?
