Depends. If this was from a bag collection it is often just debris added to the pee. If done by catheter it may have triggered irritation during the process leading to the blood & protein. When you post a question without enough basic information the answer cannot be specific. You are welcome to start over. Why was the test done? How was the collection done? etc.

Interpreting a urine test depends on why the test was done, how the urine was collected (bag or catheter) and what symptoms the child has. There are usually other values with the urine test that also help us sort out what it might mean. Touch base with your pediatrician and talk about these results in terms of why the test was done.
