Possible Stone: Possible stone in your parotid gland duct. That is one of the glands that make saliva. A small stone can partially block the drainage duct to the gland, when you eat the saliva can build up in the gland causing the swelling near your ear. As the saliva slowly drains past the blockage the swelling will go down. You should see an ENT physican and get checked.
