Ear/ throat pain: Seek medical attention today at doc /urgent care / telemedicine. You likely have a sore throat or ear infection that may benefit from antibiotics. There is a tube from the back of the mouth that goes to the ear the Eustachian tube, that is irritated with throat infections and causes the popping ( it helps equalize pressure when descending in airplanes too which is why our ears pop then)
