Asthma: If he is not actively wheezing, then you can use loratadine or certrizine (2 tsp once daily). If active cough or wheeze, see pediatrician.

No cure: There is no sure-cure for allergic asthma as yet. However much can be done about allergen avoidance and asthma control. Allergy shots may also be very helpful if allergens have been identified. Consult an allergist.
