Can see Dr in-person: With such symptoms, that are a variety, one has to get a calendar (find a free calendar online) and write down the various symptoms he has, when they occur, what the symptoms interfere with, what makes symptoms worse, what makes symptoms better, what activities are done each day, what foods are eaten each day... and bring the diary to his doctor for an evaluation. Several visits may be needed.
