It's been 2 months since i had an i & d it keeps abscess . i've had to go to the er two times since. i'm back on clindamycin abscess is on r buttock?

Post care: After the i;d was the wound packed? The buttock has a lot of space for an abscess to expand - after getting it draining to keep it from reforming it needs to heal from the bottom up which is accomplished by packing the wound with gauze and changing every day or so until it heals. This would be done in a physician office rather than the er.
