Proteinuria: Protein/creatinine ratio of 0.2 is within the normal reference range. So, there is no significant increase in urine protein. I am concerned about hematuria and painful joints. Is hematuria repeatedly present? Is BP normal? Why swollen feet? What other testing has been done? Is ANA present? Have you had a recent infection? Is serum creatinine changing? Is urine albumin/creat ratio known?
