See internist: the bun is high for an adult, but it's hard to interpret you problem without more information, a good H & P from an internist, and possibly an ultrasound or MRI of the abdomen if anything suspicious is found. I suggest you see your GP or go to an urgent care center/ED and get some moreanswers ASAP

Possibly: What were the alk phosphatase, bilirubin, and cbc results? These can help diagnose a gallblabber issue. If there is pain, does it follow fatty or other specific foods? If so, that can point to the gallbladder. I would ask for a RUQ ultrasound if this continues to bother you. Best of luck!
