Biliary disease: Do your symptoms worsen after eating fatty foods? Are your attacks coming more often and lasting longer? Work with your doc, a tech hida gallbladder scan may help get a diagnosis.

Not sure: That i fully understand the question. Is it normal ultrasound? What do you mean "no gallbladder/spleen"? Blood tests seem normal. Need full medical history & physical exam. Many things cause pains that are not the gallbladder. Pancreatitis, gastritis, stomach ulcer, constipation, muscles, back injury with radiating nerve pain, etc. Ask your doctor for a referral to a specialist if needed.
