Why do i have hematuria in the past 4 months? small to moderate in each urine analysis. doctors are brushing it off but i want to know what or why?

Don't brush: You need to have this checked out. It may be nothing but if there is some blood make sure it is not during your period. If they brush you off, see a urologist to be complete and you need to suggest a cat scan of the kidneys, ureter and bladder to have a complete workup. also need a bladder scope. Make sure it is all negative.
