Typhoid fever: The Widal precipitin test is a poor and probably inaccurate way in which to diagnose typhoid fever. Need more info, but needing 3 treatments in 6 mos is very improbable. You should be seen by an infectious diseases expert and evaluated appropriately. Hope you get better soon.
