Might still help: You may want to consider a few days of naproxen taken with food to continue to support the anti inflammatory effect of the shot. Prednisone can make stomach irritation and bleeding more likely with the use of anti inflammatories so make sure that you continue to monitor for issues. Clarify with your MD if you have any concerns.
